U: Uplift one another (using appreciation and compliments). 2. N: Need one another. 3. I: Intimately relate to one another. 4. T: Trust one another (avoiding gossip and cutting slack). 5. Y: Yield to one another. The discussion also addresses the balance needed between having a positive attitude and being a critical thinker when engaging in issues of diversity and tolerance.
